About YapBetter
YapBetter is a free teleprompter that runs in your browser. It is built for creators who already have a script and want it to sound like them talking, not like them reading.
Most teleprompters show you the words. YapBetter also shows you how to say them: where to go louder, where to drop your pitch, which word to hit, and where to stop and let a line land. While you record, it listens and watches, and it tells you which cues you hit. After the take you get a score and the exact lines to redo.
What we believe
- Your script is yours. We add cues on top. We never change a word unless you accept the suggestion.
- Your video is yours. It stays on your device.
